mouton18 Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 There are some armor in skyrim that cannot be by default loot or equipped on the player's character. When worn by female npc, some of those armors cause the body to have invisible/missing ankle. I saw how to fix this issue on bodyslide project by deleting some bones but I do not have anything touching these armor and the main reason I see them is that some 3dnpc take their gear from anywhere. It is not a huge gamebreaking bug but it's the last one I got as of now. I would like my random npcs to have ankle. The issue occurs in game as well as in the creation kit on the 3d Full Preview of the inventory tab. anyone got any clue ?or maybe yours is similar and you did not know it
Seijin8 Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 Likely that whatever footwear is being used has slot 38 masked, but the mesh doesn't actually cover it. Make the ARMA record stop using slot 38 and it should resolve the issue. EDIT: Alternately, remove the slot 38 from the body outfit. That would also probably do it, though you'd have to reassign it in Nifskope to slot 32. Either way it is a conflict on slot 38. This is just for completeness' sake. The first suggestion (remove slot 38 from the footwear's ARMA/ARMO records) is still the best option.
