To my knowledge, no. It's not like a free version/paid version thing. From what I understand, Aseprite was once open source itself. Libresprite is version that forked from that.

Apparently you can also still just compile Aseprite yourself for free on their github (or some git equivalent, I forget), but I don't know if that's still the case or not.

which file and not sure what you mean by xdelta or ips these are all texture edits for ps2
