i used lunar eclipse mod for penis mod

Are you also using Whicked Whims? The newest version is not compatible with older penises, they need to be added as a bodysuit toggled in the Whicked Whims menu (the one that appears when you click on a sim).

Also, I also had a similair texture problem with the lower regions, but it only appeared while in the Create A Sim panel, in game the issue went away.

Lunar eclipse is broken I believe.....i'd use turbodrivers simple version,it works and looks ok.

Lunaris penis has been broken for a while now.

Noir's was like this for me also, in my game before the recent update. it works fine now.

As @procian said, use TD's simple version.
