That didn't really answer my question. I failed to see any tutorials, or animation files in grass NIF/havok animation folders and in general have no idea about grasswind realization in Skyrim.

Bump because this sounds interesting, but I'm not sure this is within the limitations of the engine. My idea would to be set up a grass skeleton within each grass nif with 2 bones per plane(One to root other to center of object) then attach a collision plane to the second node so it reacts to things that move into it. Animated grass/trees are a thing but it's weirdly done and can have no reaction to anything due to it using some weird jiggle bone/animated mesh thing. I think setting up nodes in grass NiFs can cause crashes but as far as I know that is the only way it can be achieved. Did you want collidable grass or just animated grass like all the other grass in the game?

I just found a mod that adds reaction to wind to prevoiusly static objects https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73916/?tab=files I think it's what we need. It changes both meshes and ESP data, maybe I can figure out what exactly I need to edit. Btw, you said there are mods with collidable grasses and trees? Where can I find them? I want to take a look at these..
