Ark of Truth Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 You most likely have a mod which changes The Strip. This normally happens when the modder has not switched from a esm back to a esp and has caused conflict. If you post your load order I will try and point out the bad apple.

It is quite possible that one of them may add unintended consequences of the sort you are experiencing, perhaps as mod conflict, or maybe it is even a known issue? Like I said, read the OP's.
