Default underwear top issue

I have a character that walks around nude and ever since I turned vampire...the top reverts to the default orange underwear. No matter how many times I choose the nude top in CC, which in my case is better bodies...it always shows the default bra. does this with pregnancy aswell. Using the body selector does nothing either. Any clue how to fix this annoying issue??

I'd try it without loading Better Bodies just for testing.

Left out a detail but the CC shows the nude top but it reverts to underwear once I exit cc.
