double file of wicked whims loading

Hi I usually never have an issue with this program, but I removed all the old files for WW and loaded the new one using the installer and then when I go into the game it tells me there are "two" copies loaded and that I should remove one, even though I only ran the install program once so what's wrong?

I'd remove WW and install manually tbh.
