sims 4 [request / idea for creators!] FTM (transgender male) sim genitals + enlarged clits!

i think it would be adorable if FTM sims could have little hard clits.. a lot of trans guys (once they go on T) have their clits grow quite a bit! i have a lot of lgbt sims in my game and im a trans guy myself and i think it'd be so cute to have something like this!

 

 

or perhaps something to resemble metoidioplasty!! (it's an alternative surgery trans guys can get) where the urethra gets fed through the clitorus and you can actually pee through it! you can also get testicle implants if you want, it kinda looks like this (i couldnt find a good picture that isn't gorey and all surgery...y)
