Blurry dark genital areas :/

I am not sure this is an issue but I will ask anyway.  I only use WW and the animations suggested. Mostly wild guy.  Animations all work fine and I have the skins/defaults suggested. My problem is that during animations, the genital areas are dark and not so appealing.  Is there something to "smooth" them out so that they look more real?  I am not in any way shape or form an animator and I am very appreciative of your work.  I just don't know if I am missing something.  Any suggestions?

Usually it's the BB Better Bodies Mod, the default male penis parts will cause a discolored penis.
