Upload pending approval?

A little confused, I've uploaded multiple downloads in the past, been a member for some time, and never had any issues of any kind. My most recent upload decided that it's "pending approval" and didn't create a support topic to go alongside it.

 

Is this something new to the site, or did something obscure in the text trigger it? No part of the upload breaks any site rules that I know of, nor does the text, so I'm just kind of trying to think of reasons, really.

 

Any official information on why this might happen? I've never run into it before.

It's already been approved.

 

But don't worry about it. Just the result of some extra precautions we've been taking lately. Nothing you did specifically to cause it.

Get an original version of Skyrim. And use mods compatible with the version of Skyrim you try.
