SoScandalous Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 I know I shouldn't have bought Skyrim SE on Steam, but I did. I can't get SexLab to work in it. I'm running SKSE64 v 2.0.12 rel 6. The only two versions of SexLab for SSE (that I've been able to find) are 1.63 beta and 1.62. But neither work. They say I need a newer version of Skyrim SE, but I can't update it, and it's set to automatically update, so it seems impossible to get it to work. But there has to be a way. Other mods work. I just wish I could get this to work. Things to note: - It shows up in the menu, and I have the spells SexLab debug target self and Sexlab debug target other. When I cast the one on myself, it shows the spell aura like it was successfully cast, but nothing happens. I read somewhere that there needs to be something installed that initiates sex animations. I've followed FAQs and other guides on how to get it to work, and tried what they recommended, but it didn't work (unless I did something wrong, or something loaded in the wrong order....). - SexLab complains about SexLabUtil.dll not found or in the wrong place, or wrong versions or something. I put it where it's supposed to be, but it doesn't change anything. I've tried so many things I can't even remember what all I've tried. If anyone can help me get this to work, I'd appreciate it.
Ernest Lemmingway Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 First, SSE is the acronym for Skyrim Special Edition. Second, the game is telling you to update your version of SKSE64 when it says it needs a newer version of Skyrim SE (Script Extender).
