Which mod put all the non-aggressive enemies outside of Luxury Suite in my Skyrim?

Outside of Luxury Suite, there is one of what I'm sure is every type of creature in Skyim from the dogs and wolves to the fire and frost atronach and to the dwarven automatons, all lined up neatly in two rows facing each other.  I'm pretty sure Luxury Suite didn't put them there, so the question is which mod put them there?

No I can say with certainty it did not ....do you have the ( Random encounters mod ) ?

No. I've no such mod. This is so weird. I'm finding it difficult to pinpoint which of my mods could add something like that,

Kinda stumped myself but do wish to know now only random encounters I seen around BB is on the other road across the river but this happens even if the suite is not there it is a vanilla spawn spot.... I do hope you find out as I would like to know myself

If you haven't tried it already get mfg console and use that to see what mod changed the npc last:

You open up the command console and click on the npc and look at which esp is mentioned as last base change.
