Dialogue text super slow

Dialogue is very slow, as it Switches from my toon view, to npc view, and vis versa, it just sits there, and sits there, and then Finally it will show the next choices, OR Not.

 

Walking up to an NPC, sometimes can not get dialog to start.  This is both text and audio dialog, though I think audio works better.

 

I am using full dialog interface, and have not had problems before this play thru
