Condoms not working

I've never had an issue using condoms before, but now I can't use them.

I know that you have to wait until the sims start the action before using condom in the inventory, but it isn't working. I only get an option to enable or disable condom automatic use. 

I have the same issue with the condoms Nisa Wicked Perversion mod even though I have both mods up to date.

Check your contraception settings in WW......might be under pregnancy settings.....not sure though.
