Well, it's a bit complicated as there isn't many of those around.

Body Selector is mainly used for picking different penis's for male sims.

 

Just using the default WW female body without any others is the easiest.

 

You can customize each and every female sims breasts and pubic hairs in CAS fulleditmode.

Need the MCCC mod first to enable this, but don't use the woohoo module with WW it will clash.

You will have to go into MCCC settings to enable CAS fulledit mode first, click on any computer to bring up the settings.

Afterwards you can click on any female sim in the game to edit them by using the MC command edit household.

In CAS click on face first, then a sub menu pops up with three on the right, pick the middle one.

Now you can customize the breast nipples big or small and pick pubic hairs, or no hairs, and also adjust the size and height.

But you need the mod below to do this first.

 

Then install Wild Guy's Body Details:

 

The only sliders for the breast size and height adjustments are limited to EA/Maxis settings but you can't change the shape.
