Issue with item duplication

Hello, this is my first time posting a thread and English is not my native language so if I say something wrong I apologize.

 

As the title shows, I am currently having a problem with item duplication. Item I dropped on the ground is duplicated when I re-enter the dungeon or building. This is what I did to check if item is duplicated:

 

1. I drop the item and save the game.

 

2. load the game and pick item up and save the game.

 

3. I load the game and item I picked up is duplicated on the spot I dropped.

 

my weapon dropped by disarm shout from draugr also is duplicated when I re-enter the dungeon even though I picked it up before.

Is this some kind of problem caused by mod? I have unofficial skyrim patch but it could not solve the problem. I already reinstall the game and start new game as well but still having the problem.

Additionally, dead body in the city or town won't disappear.

 

attached images are mods I have. I disable the sexlab mod to check if the problem is from those mods because If I disable some sexlab mod and load the game, game says the save file is corrupted and won't load the game. Even though Deviously cursed Loot is on there, I don't use that mod at all

I would trouble shoot it like this:

 

1 disable all mods except skyrim.esm, update.esm, dragonborn etc, the official ones

2 Test if it is still messed up

3 Assuming it is not messed up, load game with half your mods enabled

3 if it is messed up, disable half of the half you just enabled and test again

4 keep repeating till you find the mod causing it

 

Also, it could be your save that is messed up
