SOS light compatible textures Classic Skyrim

Recommended Posts

I'm using classic skyrim. I've searched for a while now but been unable to find compatible textures without having to switch the body mod entirely. The default  SOS light has a horrible neckseam which is my main concern. Something HD would be nice, I would greatly appreciate any private or public files, or a method of making another body retexture fit sos light (at the least eliminating the neckseam).

Hello,

Male face textures in Skyrim (either in LE or in SE) can be roughly classified into 'more white' tone ones and 'more red& tone ones.

The following are example of such groups.

You also have to choose the matching texture combination between face and body to reduce the neck seam. The default body skins for SoS and SoS - light are the best tuned for Geonox's face texture, but it OK with Urshi's. If you like default SoS skin, try download Geonox's texture (or compressed one as 'variant' shown above).

Or, the easiest choice is to download and use all-in-one option for SoS - light: Vitruvia and SoS Fair Skin men retexture (a little tricky: download main package for face re-texture and SoS Light Support from old files, and manual install only).

Many thanks! Very informative, and I'm surprised I didn't come across some of those earlier, but now you've solved all of my queries!
