megadomonic Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 Hello, I would like to know if anyone knows the names and the whereabouts to the mods used to produce this picture? Or, at the least, the mod to get the cel-shaded/outline look. Thank you in advance.
karlpaws Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 Not certain on the heels, but the lacy things look like stuff in this mod which includes a lot of others. Maybe from its links you can find the outfit. probably any good graphics program can do the cel-shaded look.

As for the graphics program, would you happen to be referring to an ENB or a program like Photoshop?
Guest Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 Looks like the images are altered by hand. The outline lines are not generated. They do not respect 100% the actual meshes. The global reshading of the items may be done with Photoshop or a similar program.

I don't know if ENB could even do something like that, but filters in a photoshop/gimp/paint.net type program could do some of that, and I think the skin was edited further. CPU's comments about the outlines, especially on the third and fourth images, I'd agree with... looks like someone did a hand tracing and wasn't quite accurate. That or it was traced and shifted but the "back" lines are not similarly "off".
megadomonic Posted February 4, 2019 Author Posted February 4, 2019 Hmm, I see where you both are coming from with the outlines. I definitely appreciate the time you both took to reply.
Guest Posted February 4, 2019 Posted February 4, 2019 Another point. Why the outline should be applied just to the body (and not all of it, in a few cases where a "body mesh" should be outlined, it is not.) Yeah, it was for sure some illustrator work. Probably on an original picture that had some effect to flatten the body (both GIMP and Photoshop offer default filters to do that.) Interesting are the eyes. They are high-res. They look like superimposed with a good but not perfect perspective. For sure who did that took a lot of time doing it.
RomeoZero Posted February 5, 2019 Posted February 5, 2019 No the outline is ENB [enbeffectprepass.fx] shader from 2016 and this user is on Nexus also but he is not replying to users. Prob of a language barrier.
