HOW TO GET VERY HIGH QUALITY SCREENSHOT?

In game screenshot or steam screenshot has really bad quality.

 

I know it is possible to take more than your computer resolution. Like if you have 1920x1080 desktop you can take 7000x4000 high quality photo (in honeyselect using small program)

 

I think doahdm using somekind of program to take screenshot isnt he?

Wouldn't be surprised if he used a photo editor to enhance the picture quality as well. Theres more going on than just taking a simple screenshot.
