I'm assuming SexoutCommonResources.esp is a personal patch of some kind for SCR?

Other than that it looks ok to me for my stuff.

 

SexoutBeta.esm is supposed to be renamed to replace Sexout.esm

 

I also suspect you're only supposed to have one wsex.esm

And wsex.esp should be loaded after ALL sexual innuendo mods.
