how do I build files in body slide ?

ive got all the mods I need but thing from the devious devices mod are not showing up after lots of googling im now sure I need to build these files ? 

but I have no idea what that means ?

It is simple. Select body preset, toggle morphs if you want mods to support that, and hit batch build. From there you make a couple selections, basically select the same body as the preset was and all the armors and modded items it shows you. It may take a minute to build all of them, so if your body hasn't changed since last Batch build, you can only choose to build the newly added items if you know which they are.

thank you so I tried that but none of the items from this mod are there I can see that there installed in other folders with body slide but I cant seem to get them to show up on the batch build bit ?

to be specific the files all show up in the shape data folder

Do you mean that they don't appear under the "Outfit/Body" drop-down menu? If so, make sure you don't have a Group or Outfit Filter applied in the following menu, as this would cause the drop-down menu to only show a selection of your outfits.

so this is what my screen looks like I made sure no boxes where ticked under the group filter 

when I click batch build it said it works fine yet when I go back into the game its not build right
