Choosing service sims manually?

is there a way to manually choose a Sims to became a Butler, Maid, Repairman, tied to certain household? Or choose Butler, Maid manually from the pool something like that?

 

If playing a bit long on different household, the game usually generate random Sims as the new Butler, which is annoying. And I can fix it back.

I'm not sure if these still work;

 

sims.add_buff NPC_Maid  ( sims.remove_buff NPC_Maid to disable)
