Game not loading most the time

So my current issue alot of the time my game will not load, i will get stuck on loading screen it looks like its loading the messages change and you can move item item it shows you but it never load, i have task manager up on 2nd monitor and it says skyrim is not responding even though it looks fine

 

if it says not responding i know i am stuck, if it doesn't say on that task manager ill load in

 

 

i use loot to make sure everything is all set i also ran TES5 and no issues with that sometimes i get in with different starts and after awhile of running my game freezes but won't crash and i hear normal sound

For solve the ILS(Infinite Loading Screen) whit Crash fixes you must install:

Crash fixes + SKSE Plugin Preloader AND activate "UseOSAllocators=1" in CrashFixPlugin.ini
