impossible to run it

Almost 5 month now and i can't use it . . . i've give up two month and try again now, but still Don't working. this time it's 100% sure, the problem comes to FNIS, i Don't know why but it can't install properly. I've follow 20+ tutorials, but i can't install it . . . the only possibility i see that's my pc is on Windows 10. someone can give me a tuto / help to install fnis on Windows 10 (I've tried on NMM but Don't work, same as MO, so i try with MO)
