Perhaps I have an outdated mod or something, but my guys have an odd look when naked in the CAS and in resting game play, usually right before he redresses after a wicked sex act.

 

And I just noticed that he has two penises.

It's because you're loading more than one "male bottom" and/or "penis".

 

Files might have been merged when updating body mods.

 

Remember that WW has it's own default penis too.

 

You can click on male sim in game and try using WW body selector to pick one, but it's probably an issue with CAS loading two different "soft' versions or tatoos.

 

Check out which male body skins & textures are in your Mods folder, as some are conflicting.

Possibly another 'male bottom'?

 

Can you choose which one to use inside CAS?

 

I use MCCC Mod, CASfulledit cheat, must be enabled in mod first.

It allows you to click on any sim in game and edit them in CAS, opens a 'hidden menu' in face/body so you can select male and female body parts.

 

(If you have those mods loading them)_(Better Bodies & Wild Guys Body Details)_(I just use the Female parts and delete the penis parts inside BB).

(Otherwise it's just another penis conflict), as I'm using Noir's Porn Star Cocks to select various sizes.

(You still have to pick which one to use in game by using the WW Body Selector).
