To get a reading permission of 30 you first need to make a account on the site. Each post should give you some exp for your account after so much exp you'll level up and get some new benefits and your read permission will go up. There are some events that can help give you nice .exp boosts when you post in those threads. Each level up will increasing your reading permission and give you other benefits.

getting to lvl 30 is super fast, just leave comments on a few uploads. At first I thought it would take weeks, but I think it took like 4minutes, lol.
