LaSoraNanda Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Hi everybody. I recently changed pc and reinstalled the game. I also donwloaded all the recent WickedWims files but they do not work! I followed the tutorial (but I already installed it several times on the old pc and it worked perfectly), enabled both 'Custom Content and Mods’ and 'Script Mods Allowed’ settings but if I disable the script mods i can see the custom content, otherwise i can see only the script files. What did I do wrong? Thanks for any help.
QniX.exe Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 The version of your old PC game is the same as the one you installed on the new PC which version of your game it should be in version 1.47.51, or 1.48.94. For WickedWhims to work.

Afro68 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Hopefully you get it working but here's a tip for down the line. Always make a backup of your Electronic Arts folder in the My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4 folder. I keep mine backed up after I play on two different hard drives and a thumb drive.
LaSoraNanda Posted January 17, 2019 Author Posted January 17, 2019 I finally solved the issue doing two things: cleaning the MOD folder from a lot of .sgi, .bpi, .hhi and .trayitem files - which i don't know why were there - and using the installer.bat for whicked whims. Don't know which one of them worked but it worked. Thank you all!
procian Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 I find it better to manually install rather than use the automatic installer.
