What is VitaMod.esp?

So, I downloaded this mod back in November. But I have to memory of what the mod is and haven't been able to find it on LL.

 

Can anyone tell me what mod VitaMod.esp is?

Vitamod was the old name. Now it is named RoadinspectionXXX.esp

XXX is the version number.

you could open the mod zip and look for clues

script names, textures, maybe a txt, meshes, stuff like that
