Yes, and no. WW animations expect a sim to be a certain height, so if the height difference between two sims is too great, the animations don't line up. If you just want a slider that doesn't conflict, there are a few. Most of them have slight drawbacks, such as arms being slightly too long and thus are pushed to one side of the body or the other (ie. they slant to the right or left when the sim is short or tall.) I like using this one;

The shorter teens function no longer works, but sims shrink and grow, not just get short and stubby, or tall and lanky. The mod should be updated soon.

LuumiaLovers height slider is the best in my opinion.

 

it doesn't replace existed slider, as well as better shape (as it doesn't make the taller sims bigger)
