Seems to be an outdated sript mod.

In this case you have to update dem all one by one, can be hard work.

If don't remember the mods you have installed.

Open windows file explorer, navigate to the mods folder use the search function and search for "ts4sript" you get a list of all installed scripts this may help to search and update them.

you can use this list to find the regarding package files too. For this use another explorer windows to navigate to the regarding package files of the scripts. Just add a ".bak" at the end of the package filenames. But make sure that you have set your Windows Explerer to show file-extensions. Do this with one file, start sims4 if it works you found the quilty script, if not stop sims4 rename the .package.bak file back to .package and try the next one as long as your sims works again.
