Bodyslide not detecting devious devices expansion .NIF files... i think?

A few items are appearing invisible. The meshes and textures are in the Skyrim folder, but I can't build them in bodyslide for whatever reason. Expansion gags are invisible, not sure about what else. Help is very much appreciated.

Several of the DD items are in the "unassigned" as opposed to the various "Devious Devices" files. When you build your items in Bodyslide you have to make sure that you build those also.

I checked the unassigned group when batch building. It doesn't show the expansion stuff.

Then you have a problem with your DDx. Delete the file that you have and download it again. Some of these files on LL are simply links to other sites (typically MegaNZ). Make sure when you download the file that you have the actual file and not just a link.

I have done that, and batch build with all groups checked, yet bodyslide still refuses to detect them.

Are you sure it's not your DDa files and need to redo those?

1.Open Bodyslide

2.Choose the Bodypreset you want

3. Click on  Save as..

4 click / Choose at the open window the outfit`s you want

5.Save your new Preset under a new Name

6. Restart Bodyslide

7.Choose now the NEW Preset 

8. Click on outfit/Body

Now you can search and Choose the Devices in the list

9. Choose the Device you want to Bulid

10. Click on build

Now your Device was build.

Ha I figured it out.

DDaV3.0 using vortex, decided to put the folder of bodyslide in its own separate folder. Because of this, Bodyslide could not find the assets. After putting the assets from the DDaV3.0 in the correct folder. The assets showed up in bodyslide. I feel stupid for not checking the asset folder but I was assuming that the install would path to the correct place. It seems that this has been an occurrence for other mods as well. If anyone stumbles upon this post when searching for the reason, this is probably it.

Can you wlk me through that? am facing the same problem and can't figure out how to fix it.
