not really recomending about what i'm going to say, if you're good with nifskope, just open your skeleton file (male/female/beast) and move that NPC R/L MagicNode on Left and Right hand and place it at "you know what"..and see what happen in your game

 

do that at your own risk.

that's a nice idea but you'd also have to calibrate the spell effects location from hand to torso and then in first person too.
