Game and  WW need updating by the look of it.

update your sims 4 game via origin and download and install the latest ww from here.

Also have the same problem. I have updated the game to version 1.48.94.1020 and WW version 4.3.5.138.6. Often, this problem occurs at 4-6am in games every day. Sorry for my bad English.

WW is version K now....if you use mccc update that also if you haven't done so.
