How do I assign a male sim an undershirt?

For male sims, I have noticed that WW defaults to giving male only underpants, no torso underclothing. If I want a male sim to undress to an undershirt/tanktop/etc, how do I do this

I don't think males have underwear for the top.....just bottoms.

Which is why I am asking if there is a way to enable this.
