How do you remove yourself from the Recently Browsing box?

I tried signing in Anonymously but I see my account name displayed in the Recently Browsing box across the entire site. Is there another option i need to select or something else?

It will go away from a short while. It is not real time.

I think he asked why the privacy feature isn't working, to not be displayed there to begin with.

No it doesn't work, if you sign in anonymously you will still be shown under "recently browsing".

 

CPU probably misunderstood the question, what he means is that the names in that info area linger for a while until they disappear.

I don't think it is broken at all.  It will display your name because that is who is logged in, no one else but you will see your name however.
