In XCOM and XCOM 2 you can customize soldiers and train them as snipers.

In Arma 3, you can use mods to have females with snipers in the game. I haven't played it. I gotta get it soon lol

 

Borderlands 1-2, You can be as the famale protagonist and use snipers in the game.

 

Hopefully the upcoming Obsidian game, "The Outer Worlds" lets you to play as the female protagonist.
