Anyone know where this location is, recently updated mod maybe?

I thought so too, I went through the entire mod and didn't find anything like it. Looking a bit deeper, I think it might be a part of the Aether Suite, that floor texture is used in several places there, but I've no idea where this actual location is. Doesn't help that the mod is fucking massive and have over a hundred cells.
