Can't read this last exception file :/

I tried to read it myself but it's weird. Please help :)

I also have another file that is not an exception file but kinda seems like it?? It's called WickedWhims_4.3.5.137e_Exception

You have basemental drugs mod? update if you do....the second one is probably being caused by the first one.
