Last Exception

I have had a couple last exceptions before but was able to fix them with a command that I can no longer remember or updating WW. After updating WW and AEP recently I thought that would fix things. Can anyone tell me what needs updating or fixing from this exception?

Base game hard stop error......not a lot one can do about this so delete and ignore.
