Glitch with double penis in create a sim

So while I'm in create a sim and i take the males pants off his whole penis area is glitched. basically where his underwear would be! The skin in completely white and it seems to give him 2 penis's at once which is strange. I've never had this problem until now after I re downloaded the new wicked whims update! any idea how to fix this? Thanks

conflicting default penis/nude male bottoms by the sound of it.
