I'm still tweaking around with this but sometimes my whores/call girls won't change into their uniforms; is this a glitch?

If you use NRaas Master Controller / Overwatch, I believe there is a setting to change which can fix KW's ability to save/reference the options for the outfits you apply.

Otherwise the default career outfits can conflict if I remember right.
