If I manually give them a schlong it works fine. I inspected their SOS logs for I believe a random Imperial Soldier and it said something along the lines of: SPELL: FALSE, FALSE SCHLONGIFICATION, FALSE, VALUE: -2 I'll edit it if I get back in and check it again Any idea what's going on?

If so, it would be better to uninstall (clearing all the folders) it, reinstall it (only one version) launch FNIS and try again (it may require a new game) Spoiler

It's probably just case of SOS crashing and needing a restart, or worst case, a reinstall. Probably a better idea to ask in the SOS support thread.

Of course, but for a strange case when I installed SOS it did not let me insert the two versions, but only one. What is the cause of the crash? It may be useful to install only one version for verification, if the problem disappears insert both versions, if the problem reoccurs, you will immediately discover the cause. It can be that both together conflict with something else. Many problems I solve them with Racemenu Alternative (blocked animations, textures conflicts, quest bugs etc) this could be a good solution before doing anything else

Yeah, I thought so too so I restarted it several times AND reinstalled once. It's still happening so I'm pretty confused,

Been looking for a solution for a while but have found nothing so far EDIT: haha nevermind, user error indeed! after sorting my load order and still not seeing cocks on idle creatures i decided to try activating a sex scene and voila, creature penis.
