[WHAT IS?] Preset/follower? Diana or otherwise

Arsenic posted a number of pics on their tumblr (#riptumblr) and I'm not sure if they're a new preset/follower or modified version of Marmotte's Diana preset (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71844/?)

 

I reached out to Arsenic about this, but didn't hear back.

 

Can anyone help me work out if they're the same preset and if they're not, let me know if Arsenic's character is available for download?
