Last exception error help please

Hi I got a last exception about an hour ago.  I shut down my game and after lunch plugged it into lastexception. com which gave me the following message:

 

An error in your file has not been recognized.

Perhaps we haven't updated our database yet, or you're experiencing issues that we have never heard of before.

I've attached it and I'm hoping some kind soul might help me figure it out?  TIA

Looks like something with weather is broken. Specifically, forecasts. Would you happen to have a weather-related mod? If so, that might be it. If not, this is a base game issue.

Yes, I have no12's weather overhaul mod from MTS.  I haven't had the LE again, but if I do I'll be taking out that mod if it becomes a problem.  Thanks so much for your help!  Cheers
