[Search] Conjure Dragon Queen spell?

In this video above, near the end, when the pc attacks Mehrunes Dagon, she uses a spell called "Conjure Dragon Queen". Said "Dragon Queen" is wearing Dragonbone bikini armor I think, and has the Dragon Aspect shout on. Anybody know or recognize it?

Took a look into the mod's data, unfortunately I don't see any entries alluding to a spell that conjures the dragon queen.

 

Edit: I took a look into his older videos where he actually responded to a comment asking for that mod, apparently that spell was part of a mod on nexus that was removed and he won't share or name it because of copyright. That has me thinking the mod in question "may" have something to do with SkyrimGTX but I could be wrong
