[SEARCH] I am trying to find out how I can get Black lines and Glow/Lighting effects in Skyrim

I would like to make my skyrim look kind of like the Images below.

the First image's poster says that its from "Antique Dragon ENB" but I kind of doubt it based on the Images posted on the mod page.

 

the second image is from Slavetats_Womb. the author of that mod says that if you select Glow in Slavetats it would look like the image but it does not look like it in the game.

 

I know that the this effect can be done in ENB/SweetFX but I don;t really know how to and I would like some help with figuring out how.

1. by reading the readme on the enb forums for the current enb

2.  the level of glow strength is determined by the glow level strength in the >nif<, the white level in the >texture< and general glow strength in the ENB.
