KhepriWeaver Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 Recently installed a bunch of stuff from this site (and elsewhere) to get some sexy defeats, but was having trouble getting everything to work the way I'd like and got too frustrated tracking down fixes, so I figured I'd shut down all those kinds of mods and go back to playing more family-friendly modded skyrim se...but this isn't seeking a fix for those issues. So I shut down all the adult/adult-adjacent mods except FNIS, run FNIS to deal with animation stuff. Restart NMM, turn on the small handful of adult mods I still want (like Sexy Statues, CBBE, the skeleton mod thing...y'know, things that enhance appearance without including tons and tons of sexy animations I can't get to work more than once anyway). Once those are loaded, I run FNIS and LOOT again just to be sure, and start up a new modded game. Everything's going fine, I'm making my way through cities, getting in fights with bandits, talking with NPCs, and I come across a still wolf from behind - whatever, I shoot it. Continue up the mountain towards Bleak Falls Barrow, and all the dudes along the way are normal, and then I get inside. The bandits inside are fine. The skeevers are behaving normally. The spider is operating at peak capacity. But every single draugr is going weird - I can hear them making draugr noises, and when I kill them their ragdolls collapse like normal, but until they they are solidly stuck in place T-posing it up. This also makes me suspicious about that wolf from before, but as I've encountered surprisingly few animals thus far, I'm not sure if that's the same issue or not. Some quick online research indicates that T-posing is a near-guaranteed issue with FNIS, so I go to check that out, and find two things that concern me. The first: when I update the animations, it starts checking a whole bunch of the adult mods that I've deactivated, and I'm not sure if it's supposed to be doing that (I haven't uninstalled them from my PC, but I've unchecked the mods on both NMM tabs so it shouldn't be loading...but I notice that Sexlab is still in the Plugins tab - albeit unchecked - despite being deactivated in the Mods tab). The second: the "De-Install Creatures" button, which I suspect I need to use to deal with this T-posing issue, is grayed out and unclickable. I am unsure of what to do from here, and can provide more information if necessary.
icey06 Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 It's been a while since I've used NMM, but: 1) Do you have any mods that modify the meshes for Draugr? 2) NMM worked on installing directly to the data folder, did you disable the animation mod in the load order or uninstall it entirely? 3) Purge (delete then reinstall from scratch) and rerun FNIS? (Easy with MO2, as all directories are virtual) 4) You might be missing FNIS Creatures. The archive contains an extra level, if I remember correctly, which needs to be removed for FNIS to recognize the plugin. Good luck!
donttouchmethere Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 you might have only disabled the esps and the mod via NMM if you want to be sure that mods are uninstalled choose: rightclick on the mod in NMM => choose "uninstall" => choose "from all profiles" uninstalled mods should appear in gray after that re-run FNIS NMM mod handling: disable (not recommed) => NMM will deactivate the esp, but will keep most mod files in place for a faster reinstall => but all other mod files can still be read by skyrim/FNIS/mods. In addition, NMM will remember your FOMOD configurations, if you activate a mod again it wont start the FOMOD again (means you cant configure the mod install again) uninstalled (recommed!) => NMM keeps the mod zip file but removes every file from NMM virtual install folder and from skyrim/data folders. In addition it will delet all FOMOD setups. Fomod will pop up again if mod gets reinstalled delete => NMM uninstalls the mod first and than will delete even the zip file, the mod will be completly removed from NMM and has to be readded from another source if you want to reinstall it
