There are numerous, and with Holy Fury you don't even need mods anymore if playing as pre-reformed pagans, but I'd recommend:

 

GutenMod (if it still works)

Marriage + (also allows for endless wives or concubines)

But mainly getting the Holy Fury dlc and start your own religion where you allow incest (and maybe polygamy).

Dude, incest is a critical part of the vanilla CK2 game. If you haven't aware of that, maybe it is a little bit early for you to play MODs.

If I recall correctly, using Dollarsmy's mod and assigning a female relative as a maid would fire the events to do lewd things/have sex with them (just as with anyone else assigned the role).

You don't need a mod for that, just take the seduction focus.
