A simple plea to animators regarding GIF:s

I don't know if it's just my semi-crappy internet or not, but opening up the page for the download of the various animations-packs is hell. Because of the HUGE amounts of gif:s that need to load I often can't actually get to the download or follow options for several minutes without freezing the entire page. This makes updating your animation-packs an pain in the ass frankly.

So pretty please, YES, add lots and lots of gif:s, but keep them off the actual file-download page, and in a spoiler tag in the thread instead. Obviously you want to advertise what makes your pack great and us users want to see what we are downloading, but as it stands I will hold off updating my packs for months on end just because it is so time-consuming to load.

Just a simple plea from a fan. :)

I've had trouble with GIFs myself in the past,

I'm pretty amateur at a lot of the file processing side of things and found that my GIFs keep outputting a ridiculously large file size,

I avoid them now and mostly use webm format,

I can make a vid the size of a screenshot that includes sound and a 5 min video will output will under 50mb
