With Get Famous we could have now a true pornstar career. The sim can go to the studio and we control the interaction on the scene with new stage options with beds and other objects. The sim can use the video station to be a webcam model or use the drone to film sex at home or outside in public.

Is there anyone working on it?

Ksuihuh has mentioned working on it. As for now he is promising fame-gain for being part of the career soon-ish, but he (she? not sure) has mentioned wanting to make the career active sometime in the future as well. Although I imagine it's not uncomplicated.

It's simple for someone with enough experience to copy the mechanics of the Acting career (minus some unnecessary aspects) and integrate WW into it. Ksuihuh could do it once they learn how, although nothing is stopping someone else doing it.
